General Ordering and Shipping Policies:
We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of receipt (45 days if international order). Only items in re-sellable condition may be returned unless damaged or defective. Music and DVDs may ONLY be returned if they remained UNOPENED or damaged or defective. Unfortunately underwear and body jewelry CANNOT be exchanged or refunded unless there is an obvious factory defect.

Return Policy for Items Purchased at a Concert/Event
At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for concert/event merchandise purchased at an event. Concert/event merchandise purchases are final; however, we care about your satisfaction. You may contact customer service via email with details regarding your purchase for possible alternatives if your product is defective.
Damaged Products or Order errors:
In the event that your product arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products. Please advise us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days.
We will email you if we discover a payment problem when we process your order. If we are not able to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We do not store credit card information so we are not able to add additional items to an existing order.
For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a few weeks of the advertised date, your account will be credited in full. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full. Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received within 15 days of canceling. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.
Often times items sell out so quickly that our system does not get a chance to accurately adjust the quantities in inventory and backorders occur. A customer service representative will contact you in this case. Please be sure to check your SPAM. In the case of a backordered product we offer several options
- Hold your entire order until the item or items that are out of stock are re-stocked
- Ship the items that are in stock and substitute one item that is in stock for each item that is out of stock (each substitution must be of equal or lesser value than item originally ordered and will be subject to approval by Clique Here)
- Ship the items that are in stock, issue a full refund for the item or items that are out of stock, and issue a partial refund for the cost of shipping and handling and (if applicable) tax
- Cancel your entire order and issue a full refund of your order total (including shipping and handling, gift wrap and tax).
International Customers and Brokerage/Customs Fees:
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that a shipment may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipping to you. Any shipment returned to us due to rejection by customs will not be refunded. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import restrictions/requirements prior to placing you order.
Additional Shipping Charges:
You are responsible for any additional fees charged by the shipping carrier for address corrections. These fees are charged when packages are missing suite numbers, addresses contain typos including zipcode errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is missing or inaccurately supplied by the customer within the "ship to" area of the order form.
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your distance from the shipping facility. Domestic orders normally deliver in 3-7 business days. International orders can take 7 days - 4 weeks to be delivered. (The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility.)
